Taylor Jacobs was born in Germany on Earth in 2176 at International Hospital #0047 around 06:00 on May 29th.  Taylor was born into a poor family who viewed his acceptance to Fleet Academy early as a blessing.  Through his hard work and dedication to bettering himself, he rose to rank of Admiral.  Eventually he was voted on to and then head of Fleet Command Council.  Taylor’s wife Jessica died while giving birth to their only daughter Abigail in 2210, while he was away on a diplomatic council assignment. 

Victor Phoenix was born in the City of York on Earth in 2208. His family has all served in Fleet Command and he has been described as having too much Fleet in his blood, others have referred to him as a Fleet Brat.  Phoenix attended Fleet Academy from 2226-2230 focusing on the specialties of engineering and military tactics. He was second in his class, though rumors run rampant as to why he wasn’t at the top.

Abigail Jacobs-Phoenix (2210-2233) is the only daughter of Admiral Jacobs of Fleet Command’s Council. She was born on Jupiter at St. Andrews Planetary Faith Hospital in 2210.  She attended Fleet Academy from 2228-2230 focusing on the specialties of biology and archaeology, graduating early near the top of her class.
